How bundles work
Pay once
You pay for the bundle by card when you buy it.
Book when it suits you
Open My bookings and choose a time for each session. We’ll email you a code to log in, so there’s no password to remember. You don’t have to book them all at once.
12 months to use them
Sessions are valid for a year from the day you buy.
Changed your mind?
You can have a full refund for any sessions you haven’t used.
Questions about paying
How do I pay?
By card when you book online.
What if I need to change or cancel?
You can move your appointment up to 4 hours before, or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before, from your confirmation email. With less notice, the session may be charged.
Can I claim on my health insurance?
Some health insurance policies cover acupuncture. Check with your insurer before you book.
