A voucher for any treatment at the clinic. I’ll email it on the day you choose, or you can print it and give it in person. It’s valid for 12 months.
How it works

- It arrives when you chooseI email it to them on the day you pick, and you get a receipt. Or it comes to you to print and give.
- They book onlineThe link opens their treatment and adds the voucher for them. Or they choose something else.
Good to know
Can they choose a different treatment?
Yes. The voucher is worth its full price towards any treatment or bundle. If what they choose costs more, they pay the difference when they book.
What if they choose something cheaper?
The voucher is used in one booking. If what they choose costs less, the voucher covers it in full, but any remaining balance can’t be carried over to another booking. To use it all, they can book two sessions together.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the day you buy. The date is on the voucher. It can’t be exchanged for cash.
What if they need to cancel?
They can cancel free up to 24 hours before, or move the appointment up to 4 hours before. If they cancel, the voucher isn’t lost: I email them a new code straight away, worth the same and valid until the same date.
Can they talk to you first?
Yes. They can book a free 15-minute call before choosing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, within 14 days of buying, as long as the voucher hasn’t been used. Reply to your receipt email.
